Allow me to begin at the end - Stefan has made a friend for life and we will use him for any and all our real estate transactions, personal and professional.

I'm no mogul - we've bought and sold just a small handful of properties and these transactions have generally gone off without a hitch. This we unwittingly credited to all the parties having their respective acts together. In hindsight, we see now that it was Stefan working diligently that made it seem so easy. Truth be told, there were times we just wanted to say, "Take it" and be done with it. Stefan didn't stop there either. He attended the home inspection and appraisal, where he represented us and gave nothing that wasn't absolutely necessary. Sure at inspection some things are going to pop-up that no one knew about but these buyers were relentless - try to nickel and diming us to death. When we were ready to throw in the towel, Stefan had us hold fast and we prevailed.

Finally, when the closing drew near, Stefan made all the arrangements. All the loose ends were wrapped up and all we had to do was pretty much suit-up and show up.
